CioccolatItaliani has chosen to begin his journey drawing on the experience of a famous artisan chocolatier Piedmont: Silvio Bessone. Its products are characterized by uniqueness of raw materials, selected and guaranteed. Bessone annually undertakes a series of journeys away from the production of cocoa, with the specific intention of selecting the beans at origin, meeting the farmers and sharing with them the secrets of the transformation of the fruit. What Bessone is a case more unique than rare. Unlike his fellow craftsmen working from large covers customizing the chocolate, Silvio Bessone follows the whole chain the selection of the best beans in the roasting that makes his small laboratory, creating chocolates unique in their kind.
